横浜市役所ギャラリースペースBにて、ミニ展示を開催しました。

 

2024年５月の大型アート展に先がけて、多くの方に目にとめていただけるよう、ザンビアのAgnessさん、マラウイのElsonさん、Ellisさんの作品、合わせて13点あまりを展示しました。

 

安全で清潔な環境に暮らしながら、決して失敗が許されず、つねに正しくあることが求められる日本社会で、閉塞感や漠然とした不安を感じている方も多いのではないでしょうか。

 

2025年TICAD9（第9回アフリカ開発会議）の開催地に決まったばかりの横浜で、アフリカから届いた素敵なアートが、あなたに小さな風を運んでくれますように♡

We held a mini exhibition of contemporary African art in Yokohama City Hall.

 

Ahead of the large exhibition at Minato Mirai Gallery next May, we held a mini-exhibition at Gallery Space B in Yokohama City Hall so that many people can see the wonderful artworks.

 

Many people may feel a sense of stagnation or vague anxiety in Japanese society, where people live in a safe and clean environment, are never allowed to make mistakes, and are always expected to do the right thing.

 

May these artworks, which have finally arrived in Yokohama, which has just been chosen to host the TICAD 9 (9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development) in 2025, bring a little breeze to you!
